Opening hours

We aim to be as flexible as possible, giving treatments at a time that best suits you and your lifestyle so that you can benefit from colon hydrotherapy.

Wed 8:00am-6:00pm  Thur 8:00am-10:00pm
Fri   8:00am-6:00pm   Sat 8:00am-6:30pm
Sun 10:30am-6:30pm

Out of hours bookings: The clinics standard opening hours includes extended clinic opening hours on Mondays and Thursdays till 10pm.  You may book on these days without additional charge if the times are available. If you would like to attend at times other than the clinics standard opening hours, we are flexible, and can arrange out of hours appointments for a fee of 7.

Cancellation and rescheduling  Policy

Clients may reschedule their appointment once only by giving 24 -95 hours notice; and a maximum of two times, if they give 96 hours (4 days) or longer notice on both rescheduling occasions.
If less than 24 hours notice is given by the client, no rescheduling of appointment or refund is available.
Taking the above into account, if a refund is required, it will be made less a 15 admin fee, always provided 24 hours or more notice is given. No refund is available on an appointment which has already been rescheduled twice by the client.

Short notice bookings made less than 24 hrs before the appointment time: we do accept very short notice appointments for the clients convenience /comfort. Please note that clients cannot reschedule these appointments once the appointment time has been confirmed. Equally, If the client subsequently cancels the appointment, no refund is available.

Implants: Please note that all implants (except in-session herbs) include  additional treatment time to be set aside, and garlic, coffee and flaxseed enemas need to be pre-prepared the day before the appointment.  If less than 24 hours notice is given, the fees for the implants are also non-refundable.

Since WLC cannot be responsible for clients reasons for rescheduling, cancellation or not showing up, we ask you to understand that our policy applies without exception.

How to cancel or reschedule: Please call us on 020 3620 5309 / 07803 835 652. Giving as much notice as possible.  If you are  contacting us outside of normal clinic operating hours, you may text your message or e-mail.
You will receive confirmation of your cancellation (or rescheduling if appropriate), by phone call, text or e mail.
